Right leg pen observed from last few days. Also pain observed in other body parts like knee, arms & fingers.

I have widal test TO 1:80 positive and TH 1:160 positive.please suggest if this is to be considered as positive result for typhoid.

Dear doctors last night at 2am I got up feeling very weak in legs and hands dry mouth no chills but body was cold feeling of restlessness had this feeling for about 30min then started feeling better after having lots of water n gluconD Again I had a similar feeling this evening before that I was hungry and after 40min I started feeling similar thing weakness shaky unexplained feeling in stomach then mild stomach burning after eating food started feeling better Please can u tell what this could be

If a person had fever (with some chills) due to injury/accident. Does it results in positive on testing for Covid. Which is effective to trust RTPCR or Anti gen test(though it is less effective)? Whether RTPCR is highly effective in determining covid upto what percentage?

Hello I had pin and needles sensation on left leg and it slowly progressed to left arms, right legs and arms too. I was asked to go through blood test and my HbA1c is 5.7% and average blood glucose is 117mg/dl. My total cholesterol is 246mg/dl with hdl at 40 and ldl at 179 and triglycerides at 186. My tsh is 1.48 which is normal. Uric acid is at 8.2 mg/dl. I have vitamin d deficiency with 4.2ng/ml and b12 is normal 386pg/ml. My weight is 82 kgs and 33 year old with no history of diabetes. Yet my pain is consistent and have burning sensation usually at night. I was asked to take Matilda forte for 15 days and leave after that. But after I left I am not able to concentrate and pain has increased again.i had a instance where my left arm and left leg felt like they are on fire and severe burning sensation. Please help, as I have no proper diagnosis after contacting many doctors.i don't drink alcohol or smoke and I am not on medication.

From past 2-3 months my weight has been increased with low energy. i am on weight management diet and still not been reducing but now have started gaining weight back
