I had only 3 hours sleep day before yesterday. Yesterday i slept for 5 hours. Today i slept for 8-9 hours but still i feel heavy eyed and sleepy and disoriented. I get a anxiety that i may have high sugar or tsh high because i have read about it's symptoms and i associate it with myself. Do i need to forget about it. Or frequently check my tsh and sugar

From last 10 days I am feeling knee pain and leg pain ,both knee joint very painful,I observed that whenever I use pantocid,and antacid this type of problem I have face a lot of time in last 2 years and relived when left the medicine,antacid increase uric acid level in body or not ,

Yesterday I had 102 fever and I took paracetamol 650 mg and then the fever dropped to 99. But now from the morning again having 101-102. Apart from fever, everything seems to be okay. Kindly suggest.

My diabetician has advised me to take one Zincovit tablet every night. My zinc level is 40, vit D is 30. Recently I had to consult a general physician for some issue and he advised to take D Rice 60,000 IU once a week. My query is, can we take zincovit everyday and at  same time take D Rice 60,000 IU once a week. As I believe zincovit has some vit D already, will it be harmful. Is there a upper limit of this vit D supplement to be taken. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Recently I heared that not getting periods for a long time can cause some cancer. But as I take Emersa 2 mg/day for my Endometriosis cyst for 19 months & till continue it by my consulting doctor. So at this duration of treatment I am not getting period. Only twice times I get only some light spotting. So can I get cancer for not getting periods for this tablet ? Should I continue this tablet or reject this? Plz adv. Thank you. 🙏
