My age is 20. I suffered anxiety when 2 and half months back when I thought about my ill sister . After that I went to my grandmother's house , everyone was there so no anxiety at all. When I returned home , I had like burning sensation in stomach and cheat and throat. I also performed some physical exercise .from next day I feel like fear for no reason .What should I do.
