What will happen to me if i take covid vaccine in 2 months instead of 3 months after being covid postive.

I am getting fever since 7th july evening around 99.4...till today ..in morning m getting fever like 99.3 and in evening it's around 99.4...have taken only dolo 650 morning and evening 1 tab...also i had my rtpcr test for covid it came negative...kindly sugggest the reason for fever if any other test should i need to go for detecting the fever...
