Is it possible to catch corona virus just months after recovering from it? Does our immunity after infection prevent reinfection

My son 3 yrs old has got fever since yesterday evening. He always  refuses taking any medication orally except a few dispersible tablets. Is there any dispersible paracetamol available so that we can try the same. Please help with the name of medicine...

Sir/madam My husband has vitamin B 12 level 127 and also low BP around 100/60. Having no symptoms of low bp. But what is the reason behind low bp. His sugar levels is under control i.e. fasting 89 and pp is 128. Kindly suggest

I am tested posative 1 and half month ago and treated in home.. ( I have GERD, pan gastritis and deodenitis history 1 year ago apart from this no other problem).. I have headache in post covid all test done all are normal but pain is there that time so I take pain killer for that and also consult doctors many time so they give different medicine (Migrest, zirodol, Naxdom, allegra, paxidep, nortriptomar, peracip 650 etc) .. Headche is reduce but from last 4 days I feel burning in my lower Left abdomen and having frequent burping.. feeling like some fire is blowing in lower abdomen skin .. having so much burping .. what to do .. i stop all medicine are since 4 days just only taking pantop DSR and syp Mucaine gel ..

My husband took the first shot of covaxin on 3rd may. However soon he had to leave for work to Riyadh . He is due to come back end July and go back again within a month.But covaxin is nit not an accepted vaccine in Saudi like in several other countries. I wanted to know if it is possible for him on get first shot of Covishield / sputnik once he is back despite having taken the first shot of covaxin already?
