Combiflam for for dengue fever
Hello sir/mam,
I am taking dolo 650, 4 times a day since 3 days. my dengue tests were positive 2 days back. my fever doesn't come down below 102 without 1 combiflam at night. is it safe to take one combiflam along with dolo.
as my fever is unbearable without combiflam. and 1 combiflam reduces my fever to 99.

Instead of combiflam u can take mefanemic acid if fever not coming down and also do cold sponging of body. Fever may take few days so no need to worry
