I've been experiencing heart palpitations and chest congestion since 2016. ECG reports were normal.  Exercising reduced the discomfort in the chest. But since last 7 days, there is an increase in chest congestion. I also feel pain in left arm and there is a minor swelling on the left feet. I feel tired and couldn't focus on anything.

Colonoscopy is painful 20 days before I had large inguinal hernia scrotal surgery before that endoscopy done mild gastritis doctor told but I have stool in blood can I go for colonoscopy and I've taken CT scan without contrast which was normal.

How to decrease mpv fastly bcz my mpv is 11.9 n i have to reduce it .suggest some methods to reduce it or is it normal

I had taken vaccine on Saturday.. sunday whole day I had fever and chills headche.. frm Sunday Eve I'm feeling fine ... Today mrng after I woke up I'm experiencing pain in back shoulder and neck like stiffness..if I bend my head I'm feeling pain in shoulder and neck.. that is on left side.. same side I got vaccination. I still have arm soreness.. but y is this neck stiffness?? Is it due to vaccine or sleeping position disorder??
