Microalbuminuria treatment
My father had undergone angioplasty with two stent implants post heart attack in Feb'21. His blood pressure varies between 135-140/75-80 when measured with digital BP monitor at home. His fasting blood sugar ranges below 110 mostly.
Since March'21 end he has observed foamy and bubbly urine which stays even after flushing.
ACR - 288.58 MCG/mg (report attached).
Blood creatinine report also attached.
Please suggest treatment of microalbuminuria.
