There’s absolutely no need to take medicines either.
Try exercising and reducing salt intake , it’ll help in maintaining your Bp.

130/90 is not hypertension. Your diastolic blood pressure may be on the higher end. And there is no data saying that you can not go to gym and work out and eat protein diet. You can Lower your sodium intake.
