Exercise for hypertension patient
I am 22 years old, suffering from hypertension 130/90. After taking medicines it's down to 126/86. Can I join gym and take protein rich diet?

Hey ! 130/90 is normal and not considered as hypertension. So you need not worry about that. There’s absolutely no need to take medicines either. Try exercising and reducing salt intake , it’ll help in maintaining your Bp.

130/90 is not hypertension. Your diastolic blood pressure may be on the higher end. And there is no data saying that you can not go to gym and work out and eat protein diet. You can Lower your sodium intake.
