Your ECHO report is largely reassuring. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is 60%, which means your heart’s pumping function is normal. There is mild concentric LVH, which commonly occurs due to raised blood pressure. Heart valves, blood flow, and pulmonary pressure are normal. No clot, mass, or fluid around the heart is seen. Your current BP readings (around 120–125 / 90–95 mmHg) show borderline to mild diastolic hypertension, which is quite common during the winter season, especially in Delhi due to cold-induced vasoconstriction.
Next Steps
Regular BP monitoring (morning and evening, same arm). Reduce salt intake (avoid pickle, papad, fast food). Daily walking or light exercise for at least 30–40 minutes. Maintain warm body temperature in winter. Adequate sleep and stress control. Avoid smoking, excess tea/coffee, and alcohol.
Health Tips
At present, there is no emergency and your condition can be managed with lifestyle modification, but BP should be closely followed. If diastolic BP remains persistently above 90 mmHg, medical treatment may be required after proper clinical evaluation. For personalized guidance and long-term BP control, please consult me for a paid consultation, so we can plan the best treatment according to your reports and lifestyle.

Please don't manage Hypertension by Tele-consultation. The initial treatment must be started under the care of a General Physician and that too by frequent visits to his Clinic.

Your diastolic BP is on the higher side, associated with left ventricular hypertrophy, mostly due to the long standing BP raise. If the BP remains in the same range, you need to start antihypertensive to reduce your BP and LVH

Your BP readings are on the borderline high side, especially the diastolic (90–95). This can happen in winter and with stress, but since it’s been there for a month, it shouldn’t be ignored. Your ECHO is mostly normal, with only mild LVH, which usually means BP has been on the higher side for some time — nothing alarming right now, but a warning sign.
Next Steps
Start with lifestyle control: reduce salt, avoid junk/packed food, regular walking/exercise, good sleep, and stress control. Check BP properly (rested, same time daily). A doctor consultation is advised to decide if lifestyle measures are enough or if medication is needed.
Health Tips
Don’t panic — this is manageable and reversible at this stage. But don’t ignore it either, especially with LVH showing on ECHO.

Your b.p. seems just occasionaly 95, which is borderline high diastolic b.p. Systolic is o.k. Echo shows mild left ventricular hypertrophy. It could be due to congenital aortic stenosis,  persistent long standing hypertension or even  extensive athletic training. Take low salt and low fat diet, avoid excess tea, coffee, avoid tobacco and alcohol, do regular physical exercise and Test adequately. Repeat cardiac echo after 3 months.

Your BP readings of 120–125 / 90–95 mmHg for the last 1 month suggest isolated diastolic hypertension. The winter season, stress, reduced activity, and dietary salt can all contribute to this rise, especially in Delhi winters. Your ECHO is reassuring overall: an EF of 60% is normal, meaning heart pumping is good. Mild concentric LVH indicates that the heart muscle has started to thicken slightly, usually due to persistently elevated BP over time, but this stage is early and reversible with proper control. This is not an emergency, but it does need attention to prevent progression.
Next Steps
• Start regular home BP monitoring (twice daily for 7 days, record averages) • Discuss with your doctor whether: • Lifestyle measures alone are enough initially, or • A low-dose BP medication is needed to protect the heart • Get or review: • Kidney function tests • ElectrolytesLipid profile • Target BP should be
Health Tips
• Reduce salt intake (avoid pickles, papad, packaged foods) • Walk or exercise 30–40 minutes daily, even in winter • Keep yourself warm—cold causes BP to rise • Limit caffeine and manage stress/sleep • Avoid frequent BP checking, which increases anxiety and readings I understand it can be worrying to see BP changes and words like “LVH” on a report. The good news is that your heart function is strong, and this condition is very manageable if addressed early. With the right guidance, you can bring your BP under control and even reverse these early changes. A focused consultation can help tailor the best plan for you and give you confidence going forward.

raised diastolic BP is important and should not be ignored.Mild Concentric LVH (Left Ventricular Hypertrophy), This means the heart muscle has started thickening due to high BP. This is early and reversible if BP is well controlled now.Cold causes vasoconstriction, raising BP.you need to change lifestyle modifications and its reverse completely, also dietary changes like low salt intake.please feel free to consult me on practo for further management and evaluation.

Your diastolic BP is on higher side with mild LVH ,it indicates it is chronic. Before starting any medication, you need to do * BP monitoring at home -morning and evening for 7 days (you need to be seated and rested for 5min then measure BP) * If diastolic BP is consistently high (>90 mm hg) then treatment is needed (for which you can contact me via Practo) * Winter does raise BP, but therefore Keep yourself warm (peripheral vasoconstriction raises BP), avoid early-morning BP readings in cold and measure BP indoors.
Next Steps
Avoid excessive Salt instake Avoid packaged & restaurant food Avoid sudden heavy winter workouts Limit red meat, fried foods Avoid excess caffine ,smoking ,Alcohol (or
