Your BP of 110/75 on Ciplar LA 40 with cilnidipine is actually well controlled, so do not stop or change anything on your own. The propranolol was added mainly for the pulse of 120, and it is doing its job. An HbA1c of 7.7 is not "quite right" for your age though, that is diabetes range and it needs proper control, not just walking, or it will damage the kidneys and eyes over time. Hot flushes and burning in the body at 62 can come from the sugar itself, from B12 deficiency, or from a thyroid problem, so those need testing rather than guessing.
Next Steps
Continue the same tablets, keep a home BP and pulse diary for two weeks, and get HbA1c, TSH, vitamin B12, kidney function and lipids done. Chest pain, breathlessness, giddiness or BP below 100 systolic means stop and get checked immediately. Bring the diary and reports on a Practo consult with me and I will fine-tune the doses.

Yes ma'am dietary modification and weight loss can reduce sugar and bp by a significant amount
As both problems are lifestyle, diet and age related

Your Bp control is ok but a bit low for your age HbA1c of 7.7 is a bit high.if it doesn’t come down after life style and dietary measures you need treatment with metformin.consult your doctor and take rx to reduce sugar level.since you have hypertension and diabetes risk is slightly more.Do a lipid profile also.since cardiovascular incidents are more common in women after menopause.so keep all parameters under control .exercise regularly.Do FBs and ppbs ie sugar in the fasting state and after food also.
Regarding menopausal hot flushes it s normal at this age. If too much see a gynaec and take medicines for menopausal symptoms
Since osteoporosis is common after menopause check serum calcium and vitamin D also
Your b.p. is well controlled, continue same.
Regarding hba1c 7.7. It is high, repeat it, if still high, you need to start medication.
Hot flushes and burning sensation can improve after taking tab neurobion forte one daily for 4 to 6 weeks.
Requires a proper assessment to understand the underlying cause and guide you.

7.7 sugar at this age if you are having any symptoms need to start medicines and lifestyle modification sometimes high sugar also contribute towards BP and other things . Kindly consult to Gen physician
Hba1c 7.7 is not good
It should be lower than 7
