Your are so young to have such high blood pressure so please consult a physician to know the cause of high blood pressure. And persistent increase in bp is dangerous . So it might cause dangerous life threatening complications

First opt for diet which need less salt,like to avoid nonveg.,oily preparation.especially fast food.yoga and morning walk may bring ur bp towards normal range,even without bp medicines.certainly u will have to keep a watch and alert.
