Today my doctor checked my BP it was 170/90..I don't have any other problem .Please let me know what can be done

Have you had BP checked earlier also, or this is the first reading ? If you have had BP check earlier and it is always normal then you should have morning and evening record of BP for a few days. If it remains like this then you need treatment.
