Dizziness when lying down
Hello, I am a 19 year old girl. I am getting dizziness since 4-5 days, specially most of the times i am lying down. My head gets dizzy for a second or two. It happens every time I lie down and change positions. I got my blood test done yesterday which shows vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D= 13.9 . I am really worried about the dizziness. Kindly suggest something. Please help 🙏

It can be due to postural hypotension. Get a physical checkup for blood pressure from your nearest doctor
