About dizziness
Hello all, I am dealing with overthinking, stress, anxiety n fear all I think. I have 7 months old baby n sometimes I manages all very well n sometimes nothing I ll do. I only sit , sit, sit n sleep, sleep al the time because of dizziness n blurry eyes. This is the big task to manage my thinking. Nowadays I got stressed for travelling n shopping n for any events happening n my mind start to become more anxious n fear that oh I have to do packing, taking head wash, for applying oil n what not. Actually before I was very happy to enjoy but now that phase ( source to destination) I am feeling overthinking n it's causing dizziness, tiredness n constant running mind. Pls tel me how to stop it. Once I reach destination den I enjoy that task. Not interested in anything always sleeping n sitting n that thought something ll happen to me al the time. Pls pls pls help me to get out of this n also recently I became mother n look after my son n managing task is very bigggg for me.

It's post partum depression  due to hormone  level change. You need to consult a  psychiatrist. Till than Steam MD two times a day after food for ten. Vertin 8 mg 3 times a day after food. For five days. Tab nexito10 one at night for two weeks.

You may be having post parturition depression in addition to physical, mental exhaustion, anxiety of baby care. Did you take iron, calcium supplements before and now after delivery? The requirements of these 2 is increased during pregnancy and breast feeding. Get Haemoglobin,  serum vit B12thyroid function tests done.
Next Steps
Take small frequent meals with fresh green vegetables   fruits, nuts, whole grains   milk and milk products. Drink more water. Try to do some pranayam regularly. Consult online with results.

This could be post partum depression or hormonal imbalance. Please check your TSH, Hba1c, six am serum cortisol and Hemoglobin If these parameters are normal please consult a psychiatrist. It is very much treatable don't worry.
