Uneasy n dizzy
Plz suggest me what to do for feeling uneasy, dizzy, dry mouth and feeling of heart sinking or falling down.. When i go out of my room i feel as if i cant balance, my heart cant pump blood n i will collapse. Spo2 i check regularly n its between 96-99 mostly.. had a normal ekg n echo 3 weeks ago.. cbc, liver also fine Can u find out what causes all this? My suspicion is cervical coz when i use laptop this uneasiness becomes worst, and shoulders feel tight Thanks for read
