Hi.. I am in my mid 30s . What all test should I get done on yearly basis. I used to get done  general body check every year but after covid recovery..i get temporary problems which comes and go..  Please recommend for mid 30s

मुझे पेरासिटामोल की कोई भी टैबलेट लेता हु तो एलर्जी होती है उसमे दिमाग में ज्यादा गर्म और दर्द रहता है जब तक टैबलेट की असर रहती है तब तक और हाथ-पाव में स्किन लाल हो जाती है और खुजली आती है जब तक टैबलेट की असर रहती है तब तक मेने यहा के जनरल doctor से बात की थी वैक्सीन लगवाने  के लिए तो उन्होंने बताया था की वैक्सीन के बाद देने वाली टैबलेट में पेरासिटामोल ज्यादातर रहता है तो इससे ज्यादा साइड इफेक्ट्स हो सकता है और बाद में अगर सही ट्रीटमेंट न हुई तो रिस्क हो सकता है उन्होंने ये भी बताया था की पेरासिटामोल बैगर की भी टैबलेट आती है वो भी ले सकते है  लेकिन उससे सुधार न हो तो हेल्थ ज्यादा बिगड़ सकती है और बताया था की वैक्सीन लगवाने से पहले मेडिकल ड्रग का रिपोर्ट करवा कर डॉक्टर को दिखा करके ही लगवाना और दूसरे जनरल फिजिशियन को बताकर उनसे राय लेकर लगवाने को बताया था और बिना टेस्ट किए कोई भी कहे तो मत लगवाना बताया था और ड्रग का टेस्ट यह पर ज्यादा महंगा है expensive हे तो नही करवा सकते तो इसके अलावा क्या कर सकते है वैक्सीन के लिए।

After covid from last 1year while eating anything i feel uneasy and sudden urge to loo. Earlier my doctor has given me zosa dsr and providac tablet but got no relief. But from last 3days i am taking Rifaximgyl M tablet once daily and my problem has cured by 99% , how long should i take this tablet or there any other alternative for my problem. Please suggest.

Have been suffering from fever. Platelets count currently is 1 lakh 10 thousand . What fruits or stuffs to take to increase the platelets count to normal.

My daughter has a mild fever, a very sore throat, a runny nose and coughs a lot. We had consulted a doctor who had been treating her since she was born. He mentioned that it's common flu and fever and gave meds for that. That was on Sunday/Monday. It hasn't improved much. Kindly help us with any suggestions on how to go about this. Puss and blood from under arm boil comes out every 10 12 days still not healed what should i do is it serious

I weighed 90 kgs. I started going to gym. On first day of the gym, I worked out and after coming home after few hours I started having headache, then nausea, shivering. I took disprin and I was fine. On 2nd day of gym, I came back home and until noon by throat went sore. Maybe because of fan and low immunity and today on day 3 I'm still feeling symptoms of cold. I reduced 1-2 kgs. Earlier when I joined gym, I was able to lose 10 kgs within 2 months, by restricting calories and working out. But I was sick in that entire span. Same thing is repeating again. My question is why do I get prone to sickness when I work out? P.s. I started going gym in month of October which is pretty cold in himachal. I want to work out, eat healthy and stay fit. That's the motive. Help me out. What should I do to not be sick in a process of improving myself.

Past 2 days i am experience a sudden testicale pain it's about 10 second then it's normal. When I touch the testicale i experience small pain.please tell the solution.
