After 15 day 1 hr brisk walking more physical activity no oil food no junk food only home food with less carbs calories

Have fiber rich diet and protein rich food.
Keep hydrated
Lipid profile can be altered by last meal.
Typically Lipid profile is advisable at 8 am morning with vegetarian dinner pervious day atleast 8 to 12 hours of fasting in between.
Not only triglycerides but cholesterol and VLDL are out of range. Family history of same problem? If not you surely need to loose that extra kilos...
Need through work up because you are only 22 years old if left untreated it may lead to MI, diabetes etc.
In both report ,,, did you done with empty stomach or not ???
For metabolic syndrome prevention it needs to below 150
