I am having this issue that in night especially my heart rate goes up in rest and my hands and legs starts feeling numb and weak.it is a feeling of fear and dread,it goes after 15 20 minutes.i have undertake echo, numerous ecgs and stress test also, every thing is normal.but I am always worried about it.even small pain in chest I run for having ECG.please guide whether it is cardiac issue or anxiety

How is your daily day to day life? Any stressor? Recent loss of close relation?
