I was told by a doctor to take D3 must 60k tablet once a week but for how long and how long is the break that we should take?
It has been a month and i have forgotten the given details.
Also the calcium tablet i was supposed to take one in 3 days for a month. I have forgotten for how long he told me and the break period if any.
Please provide me with the details.

If you are taking vit d as supplement then taking straight for 8 weeks then 3 to 4 weeks gap then you can start vit D. But if you are prescribed oral tab for deficiency then it has to be taken for longer period of time.
Calcium if you taking dairy products not suggested.
If you have vit D deficiency ... Then take 60k D3 must in every week for 8 weeks followed by every month for 6month... along with your calcium tablet as advised
