Medical Fitness Certificate
Hello Doctor,
I am in need of a medical fitness certificate as a part of pre joining formalities into a Private Company. The job profile includes working in the laptop sitting and some time walking in the manufacturing plant providing support.
Please i would want the doctor's support to have the certificate.
