Hi, I hve constipation issue since so many years, I drink almost 3-3.5 ltr water and maintain a diet with exercise. I drink chia seeds in the morning and i eat fiber food as well but my constipation issue didn't get resolved.

Hello Doctor, I need your help to understand thyroid issues that I have started having lately. I got my complete body check up done on 3rd Oct 2021 in which my TSH 3RD GENERATION ULTRA( TSH3 - UL), SERUM came (33) which is very high, so my doctor prescribed me to start taking thyroid medication BUT I was taking ashwagandha from past couple of months at night with milk and I read somewhere that it can fluctuate thyroid levels now I am in doubt whether to continue with the thyroid medication or not , I have stopped taking ashwagandha though, I want to get myself tested again please advise should I stop thyroid medication for sometime and then get my test done to get accurate results or what should I do? Hi My wife is having constant pain in the pelvic region since one month. No pain reliever or antibiotics are working.Ultrasound and blood tests are normal. What can be the cause? Should we get an MRI or any other tests done? Please advise.
