Not able to sleep till late night Lot of overthinking on small issues Unable to focus and study for long time

Which doctor should I consult to for allergy. I get cold like symptoms, red eye now and then. Also my skin swells whenever it comes in contact with a cold surface.

My alp is high 337 what to do i attach report herewith. In usg in galbladder multiple calculi 4 to 5mm found. What to do i have six month baby.

I am having some kind of dry patches over my joints of both arms, skin getting dry and skin geeting stretched. Previous in that arms joints area sometime it gets some sort of red rashes types which is not itchy and not painfull only red shiny patches, then it leads brown coloured and the skin gets dry and again the skin gets into normal. This issue comes after every 15 days or 7 days before the previous skin rashes appeared. This issue is started from feb-21 till now no medicines are taken. I even don't know whether it is allergy or something else. Photo is attached. My one question is can i take covid covishield vaccine if i am facing this type of skin conditions. Whether i have some sort or anaphylaxis or side effects. Please help me in this issue. Till now not taken any vaccine due to this issue.

My mom took this new Echo and ecg. These are the reports. She is already taking many tablets for GERD and sore esophagitis since 3 months and she is active infection still in healing process. Don't know she may have ulcers. She has much anxiety and fast heartbeat and sleep disorder. So doctor prescribed her anxit 0.25. it makes relief and she is okay. Do she need to take heart medication urgently it may include blood thinners and anti platelets which may be risk of bleeding in her active sore esophagus. Does her echo and ecg shows emergency medication required?

My ESR is 43. But my CBC, CPR, USG and ANA tests reports are all normal. My weight is 72 and height is 5 feet. Since, Aug I am have been consulting Dr. For allergies and body ace. Have lot of allergies on my face which subsided with treatment. But my ESR is rising with no apparent symptoms. All doctors are saying that nothing worry...but I have been noticing this for very long time. Few years back my CPR was also positive and my ESR is always positive. I am worried about any underlying condition. Please help with the course of proper  treatment. No Diabetes, thyroid, PCOD, such problems.

I have a soft tissue type swelling in my forehead...whom should I consult regarding this issue ,how can i reduce this?

Attached reports, I'm having abdominal pain since late morning, it was severe in the afternoon and now it's mild to normal. It was accompanied by a headache. My grandfather tested positive for dengue 3 days ago hence did the ns1 and cbc. Tested negative for dengue What could be the reason for it? I haven't ate anything junk since 2 weeks I'm practising intermittent fasting for more than three weeks now, It started after I had watermelon around 12 and had lunch(Roti & lauki ). I am also have little rashes on my back .

I feel like I'm passing out atleast once everyday. I have fatigue and low energy. My heart rate is fast. Why is it so?

Fever, extreme body ache, chills whenever fever goes up since two days. Fever goes till 101. Medication - Amoxicillin and DP Gesic. Fever comes down after meds but resumes after few hrs. Pl suggest should I get any tests done ? Or change in medication
