high ALT can be due to liver diseases, Jaundice,viral infections etc.High ck may be due to any infection, dehydration, excessive exercise, kidney,heart problems etc

High ALT generally is a manifestation of fatty liver  mcpk is a muscle enzyme and raises because of exercise and can rise some times due to liver disease also
