Your enzymes are not very much elevated to be of grave concern. But you should definitely consult a doctor so as to know the cause and prevent further deterioration of the condition. AST and ALT levels are not enough to comment upon the cause and further treatment

The liver enzymes are on higher side.
Do you eat junk food/ outside food ?
Do you have constipation/ burping/ indigestion?
You need medication and treatment for high enzymes.
