High AST and ALT levels
What does AST level of 60.4 and ALT level of 81.2 mean ? Does this need treatment ? Suggest the further steps please .

Your enzymes are not very much elevated to be of grave concern. But you should definitely consult a doctor so as to know the cause and prevent further deterioration of the condition. AST and ALT levels are not enough to comment upon the cause and further treatment

Significant elevation of AST and ALT indicates  liver cell injury .Causes are many , common is fatty liver You can get your lipid profile glucose levels and ultrasound scan abdomen

Yes Need to know your BMI as well. The liver enzymes are on higher side. Do you eat junk food/ outside food ? Do you have constipation/ burping/ indigestion? You need medication and treatment for high enzymes.
