You have deficiency of vitamin d , you can use calcirol or D-rise sachets 60000 iu weekly once for at least 15 weeks along with calcium supplement daily.
Exposure to sunlight for 20-30 minutes in the morning
Milk an other dairy products, fish, eggs are very rich sources of vitamin d ,highest is in codliver oil.
Your LFT -ALT level of 40 is normal , you should not worry .
