There is one blood drop on cab sit i sit on it then i touched stain on my pant then i touched my office keyboard then i touched my beg and when i came home i put beg on my bed . So now will keyboard , beg and bed will become contaminated with blood borne disease like hiv , hepatitis etc ?? Because i read hiv can live on surface for 7 days

I was eating sometimes ago. suddenly it feels like I will pass out. I got nervous and anxious, my head starts sweating a lot, body feels light and feels like my whole body is burning and chilling together. I felt like I will die. Became very frightened. My pulse rate goes high 120+. Stopped eating in the middle & came for rest. Feeling normal now. Was it a panic attack? I also got panic a few times before but the chills & hot flashes in the body and out of control feeling this time was new. Was it really a panic attack?

My father age is 60, he is having a phlegm cough at morning and gets subsidized after time to time. Only in morning time 6.00 am to 9.00 am. He is not a diabetic or bp patient. Fully covid vaccinated. This issue is seen from the last 1 week. This is the first time happening of this issue.

My mom took Echo and this result came. What says in new Echo and ecg? She had little high cholesterol 3 months before. She took tablet one month. She has fast heartbeat and fear sometimes in a day ( may be due to anxiety) and sleep disorder now but anxit 0.25mg makes relief.
