My mom 3 months old ecg and new ecg is uploaded. Doctor written anterior wall ischemia in prescription but in new ecg it has only sinus tachycardia and echo is normal but mild MR. Why he written like that?

I'm 25 yr old female. I had a height of 166cm at 18 years old. At 22 yr old  i was 167 or 168 cm (I'm not sure) . Recently I measured my height now it is 164 cm.I measured multiple times with the help of others and height is still 164 cm..I lost 2 height !!! Is it possible ? I'm sure  I was above 166cm before. My posture was correct during measurements

Hii My father is having cough since 2 months. Before two months he had cold and after proper medications got recovered from cold. But still there is cough winch 2 months.

My legs were swelling and when consulted with the local doctor, was advised to do the lab tests to see the underlying cause. The lab test is attached which is showing high level of TSH of 160, T3-0.70, T4-1.10 and RBS-280, FBS-179 & HbA1c-11.3. Creatinine-0.50, Uric Acid-6.3 Lipid profile is also high with total cholesterol-267,tri-671, chol/hdl ratio-7.38. We are not able to understand the report as to what has to be done immediately as a preventive measure to avoid any unforeseen complications. Presently I'm taking Telma40, Cilaheart10, and Glynase-MF for BP & Sugar. Do I have to change these medicines?

I saw this black thing in ultrasound but radiologist gave the report normal. But i can see black thing in my abdomen please help
