Dear Sir, I have done an USG recently and in the report under Liver these lines are written "Liver is enlarged (measures 16.3 cm) with normal contour. Parenchymal echogenicity is diffusely increased (Grade - I). No focal parenchymal lesion is evident. Intrahepatic biliary radicles are not dilated. Branches of portal vein are normal." Since Parenchymal echogenicity is diffusely increased, what should I do please suggest?

I frequently get mouth ulcers near my lips If I take Becasule then it goes off but again return back. What could be the reason for such mouth ulcers. Could it be a y deficiency. Attached are my blood reports. Due to vitamin D3 deficiency I took 3 injections on doctor's advice. My uric acid count is 8. B12 levels are 312 & VIT D was 20.5.
