I took TT vaccine two times on last year mid of 2020 within one month interval due to injury. After more than 1 year right now I got a cut. Do I need TT vaccine again? How long does TT Ampule vaccine provide protection?

My mother has been recovered from dengue fever..she recovered by taking medicine and proper diet ..it is Been 2weeks since she recovered ..her 2nd dose of Covishield is pending can she take today or she should wait for more time ? Is it advisable to take blood pressure medicine (Eslo 2.5mg) once a week? Normally my mother's blood pressure is in range of 130-135/90! Doctor advised to take Eslo 2.5 mg ONLY WHEN BLOOD PRESSURE IS MORE THAN 140/90! Today after 1 week, again my mother blood pressure is more than 140/90, so I have given her medicine! Will it create any problem, by giving bp medicine at irregular interval after 5-7 days!
