I have been diagnosed with dengue. My platlets are 1.05 lakhs . Giving me fluid therapy. Is this a matter of concern.please suggest what could be done more in this .

My mother is diagnosed with seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis and been prescribed methotrexat 15, hcqs 200mg also folic acid 5mg daily, it's been 2 week she is on these medicine but still she is on heavy pain, i have undergo a blood test pls tell me is something serious in report,

Doctor my last anti rabies vaccination schedule 4 Dose intradermal route was 4/7/21 Day 0 7/7/21 Day 3 11/7/21 Day 7 1/8/21 Day 28 And today on 17th October 2021 a street dog scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should i have to take booster dose of anti rabies vaccine??

Brefore 4 days i feel shortness in breathing. I diagnos my CBC test the TLC value is 13500 and Xray is normal. Physician Gives Antibiotics( Amoxy clave 625mg)  and Antiallergic and cough syrup. Now after 2,3 days i feels better and minor shortness of breathing. Can i stopp antibiotics? is any problem ? and also when i started antibiotics my stool is in dark brown color and sometimes stomach pain.
