I am 21 but unfortunately I still pee once or twice in a year.I don't why does this happen?How to get rid of this problem?

Got affected by viral fever on September 25th after that I took the course of antibiotics then recovered from fever in that time I done with every test like blood culture and typhoid ,dengue , malaria, covid test everything is negative and blood reports also normal but am feeling like extremely tiredness no strength in legs and arms now again am feeling the same feeling which I had comes through before every doctor telling the reports are normal but am not feeling well every one suggesting the multivitamin tablet now I recently I tested widal postive in my blood with typhoid O and H are in 1:80 dilution so please let me now for what problem am facing now day by day am getting tensed about my health please help me out

Hi i feel dizziness... my eye vision getting dark while changing position like sitting and standing.. and laying down and wakeup I feel eye vision getting darkness and head spinning feeling weakness... I feel something pressure in my head .. my BP is normal... What is treatment for that... What cause dizziness.. it life threating ... I'm really worry about my health

Respected doctor, my attaching my recent uacr report right here,with symptoms ankle swelling urine less even intake of sufficient water, serum creatinine is normal 0.46, don't feel to go washroom in morning but it happens in evening time. Hi, I am facing problem with urinating multiple times..I am fed up as I have to urinate multiple times in a day more than 20 times in day aa well as  night.My frequency is so much that I feel urge to urinate after every 20- 30 minutes.Please help..
