Calcium Deficiency
Hi Dr, In 2020 my vit d level was - 10 Then I took vid tablet and now it's - 73 Earlier was calcium level was 9.1 but now it's 8.5 And I have lot of body aches specially in knee joint and thigh and shoulder joints. My calcium level is border line low of 8.5. can my joints pain is symtom of low calcium?

Yes could be because of calcium deficiency. Drink milk, sugarcane juice, add ragi to your diet. Consult for any query Check your uric acid levels
