Doctor my sister's 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 and she completed her Last dose on 3rd November 2021 but today on 19th November again a street dog scratch her ankle with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so what should to do should she need to take vaccine again if yes then how many dose

From very long time, I am noticing my mother that she is constantly coughing . At first I thought it might be because of weather change or eating cold stuff. But later when it didn't stop. And she coughs very badly and said that whenever she coughs , she so bad that that even I feels that this cough is not normal but actually comes from lungs..like it shakes her lungs and she feels roughness in her throat. I think that it might be because of using red paste (powdered) which is actually not worthy to use coz.. it is not good for health. Upon my opinion, she stopped using it from some time..but it still not working. What to do? How to know what the actual problem is? How to cure it, or do I need to take her to any nearby doctor if it is serious? One more thing, she said that whenever she eats something sweet she starts coughing . Or eating any packed stuff also leads to coughing. Some people say it's because of theroid...please let me know what the actual causes and problem is..

I'm having breathing difficulties only during rainy days and feeling some pressure on inside the nose kindly help me with solution shall I use nasal drops to prevent from this?

Hi i feel dizziness... my eye vision getting dark while changing position like sitting and standing.. and laying down and wakeup I feel eye vision getting darkness and head spinning feeling weakness... Respected doctor, my attaching my recent uacr report right here,with symptoms ankle swelling urine less even intake of sufficient water, serum creatinine is normal 0.46, don't feel to go washroom in morning but it happens in evening time. Hi, I am facing problem with urinating multiple times..I am fed up as I have to urinate multiple times in a day more than 20 times in day aa well as  night.My frequency is so much that I feel urge to urinate after every 20- 30 minutes.Please help..
