Flu

I am having hot hot waves at the back of the body and in both arms. But my body temeprature is normal, no fevet, no cough no any other sypmtoms. Yesterday i had some issue with stomach issue like indigestion type. I am on a medication of Pantop DSR. Why this heat feeling is coming even after no fever. This is the first type happening with me. Please guide me

Hello doctor,I am feeling stressed out lately because of my health, I am going for a walk these days whenever I walk after some time my heart beat rising to 120 bpm if I run or jog it is going to 160 bpm and I am feeling breathlessness. My main concern is after walking I am feeling like head spinning and vomiting sensation and it is lasting entire day and I am very much concerned about this. After fast walking for some seconds I am getting unwell pain in body heart rate increasing and throat pain and I am unable to work any heavy work

Headache for four days dizziness ,eye pain. Not sleeping well. There are too many headache. It seems to be vibration.

I am having fever and headache from morning, fever automatically comes and go. But my heart is not raising that much. It is around 70-89 bpm. Is it normal or abnormal?

I am getting sticky stool, constipation and lots of flatulence. I noticed when i lied down on my stomach fart were less, but when i lay down over my back, farts were more. Please help me with some medicine. Poop color is this, attaching pictures of color reference. My lft was fine, urine routine was fine, cbc is also fine. Is the farts due to constipation? If yes, please help me :( Also its hard to poop in morning due to constipation.. And also, yesterday due to those farts, my anus was itching. Please help me!!!

After walking for 20-30 minutes or performing any physical activities like badminton, I suddenly start feeling so weak and lose all energy in body. If i don't do any physical activities, I will be mostly fine. Please suggest.
