Hi doctor why in night specially around 3 am suddenly I start feeling weird eager to sleep. When I lie down and close my eyes suddenly I feel that something is wrong and m rounding but when I open there is nothing such. Suddenly heart beat increaases and my forearm as well feel like blood pulsing. And due to this could not get sleep. But within Somers I fall sleep. Please tell ?

I had fever 2 days ago I take solo 650 mg but it's Moby works for 4 hr last night I had 102 degree fever so I take sumo so my que is it's safe to use sumo in dengue or what drug should I take for high fever I'm not checked dengue but my platelet are fine 2 lakh 96 thousands I'm attaching my cbc report

It's been a year I have a strange swelling on the upper eyes of leFt side . Sometimes I feel some cyst or it may be something else . Please find attached photo of my eye.

It's been 3 weeks , i am feeling full after eating anything like breakfast or lunch. I usually don't eat big or small meals, i eat medium sized meals . But when i eat very small meal , i feel ok. As i am underweight i can't eat small meal everyday otherwise i'll lose weight easily. I feel fullness after 1-2 hours of eating. I also feel gassy sometimes. Inspite of eating healthy foods, drinking 3 litres of water, doing yoga and sleeping 7 hours , these issues are happening. Can you tell me what could be the cause?

I have concentration problm with working in computer at office alll time feeling tired, fatigue and weekness , and sleepy at work .. and my concertration not good when I work in office .. I taking medicine amlodpine5 for my bp . Because 8 days ago my bp was 140/90 now my bp is normal.. And my sleeping problem from last 2-3 month same pls sugges what should I do ..

I m feeling very sleepy and not willing to speak any thing yesterday my bp was low few days back also bp was lowband was having fever but after having food it was normal. But from today again I m feeling same. My age is 28.
