Sir my mother is 64 yrs old Her e gfr is 47 HbA1c is 10.80 Glucose random is 429.54 Is it dangerous and can it be reversed to normal pls reply as she has been an arthritis and glaucoma patient too Pls reply I'm very scared as I have been on antidepressants too for last 6yrs

Start tab jardiance met 12.5mg/500mg 2 times a day 15minutes before meal Tab volibo 0.3mg 3 times a day with meal Take plenty of fluid otherwise they will dehydrated and get Urinary tract infection soon Cap evion 400mg once in 2 days to avoid PVD Cap astymin m forte 1capsule once a day Calcirol sachet weekly for 3 month followed by 1 month gap then continue again for 3 month Tab folvite 5mg once a day daily Blood sugar charting 2 times a day morning and evening fasting and pp Bye get well soon

Glucose is very high get her admitted n have glucose infusion and strictly monitor her glucose level and it can't be reversed it will get to normal with insulin injections or ohd

She has got uncontrolled Diabetes. Her kidneys are working at suboptimal level. Her eyes must have been affected by Diabetes. On top of it she has glaucoma. She has Arthritis.
Next Steps
I think she should be treated in a Multi-speciality Hospital where they have all Specialists round the clock.
