I have having AKT-4 medicine for my gland TB for the past 22 days. Today I am having a temperature of 99.5°f cause I got wet in the rain. So should I take a paracetamol? Is it ok to have paracetamol while having TB medicine? Please suggest.

At evening time body temperature increases to 99.0 F and feet (sole) becomes hot and uncomfortable. Problem from past one month. Tests done CBC, Typhoid, Dengue, Malaria, LDH, CRP ,ESR, Chest xray pa view. All normal. Is this something serious as i have listened that fever of unknown origin could indicate serious diseases. Plz help i am stressed due to this. Morning temp just after waking up 97.6 F.
