I am not having bowel movement nicely since more than 1 week. It's hard to pass the stool and have to apply lot of pressure. Can I take smuth suspension ??

Good evening I am able to understand your concern and would like to help you with further management. Kindly have the following: Syp Cremaffin 2tspf at bedtime for 05days Fabolite 1tspf to be mixed with lukewarm water and have it at night Syp Enzabil C 1tspf once a day for 10days

Take syp looz or cremaffin plus 2 tsf bd for 1st day then 10 ml at bed time

Take cremaffin plus syrup 0-0-10ml *5 days. Avoid oily and fried food at night. Drink atleast 3L of water every day. Drink luke warm water. Have high fiber diet. Have more fruits and vegetables.

Sudden change in bowel movement is possibly due to some change in diet, check whether your diet has changed in the past few days, and stress could also add to it. Try taking healthier diet and more fibre rich and see if that works, if not then you can take any laxative, bed time.
