  4. Burning after bowel movement. Advise!

Burning after bowel movement
I get burning sensation in anus for some time after bowel movement with very little blood streaked in stool towards the end of bowel movement. I also have anxiety issues after which my stomach upsets with gas problem. What should I do pls advise
