Bowel movement in morning and before bed
Hello doctors I usually go to toilet for bowel movement every day at same time morning after I wake up and drink some water, and I also poop before bed which makes my stomach light is it normal? My diet is sometimes oats in bf, lunch with dal and any other veg with meat, night same with some curd
