I have a bowel movement first thing in the morning and feel completely evacuated.
Then after an hour or so I get an urge for another bowel movement and sometimes I feel its more psychological. Because when I visit the second time there is only gas that passes or sometimes very very little quantity of stool.
Is there a way this can be solved.

It is called gastrocolic reflex, in morning you get defecation due ro spinal reflex and after drinking or eating anything you have gastrocolic reflex so you are having urge to defect

You can avoid such reflex by drinking Luke warm water in morning just after waking up and after about 100 steps you Can go for defecation this will help you most
