Respected doctor sir or mam it is a story of mine im 6feet tall guy 2 months ago my weight is 105 kg im so much fat and over weight I started loosing my conference and after getting up in morning doing running .brisk walking everyday 10.000 steps and 20 minutes continuesly running and in breakfast taking fruits .like apple.pomogranate.orange.mosambi.carrot.beetrot half plate and sometimes I taken oats with litle honey with a toned milk and green tea 2 times after breakfast and 1 time i taken green tea after coming it from my zym exercise in lunch I always taken multi grain atta 3 roti with a boil vegetables with a little pinch salth with a half bowl indian gate basmati brown rice and eveing doing zym 50 min everyday and night only taken 3 roti of a multigrain atta with a boil vegetables and brisk walking 20 min every night till now my weight is now 90 kg .is my weight is good or should I lose more some weight . and now im taking food without oil and ghee ..no sugar sweets also ..

You have lost 15 kg in two months which is very good. You should maintain your level of exercise and diet control. You will come to your ideal weight in about 3 months.
