Lose weigh, grow taller within a month
I'm 18 years old. My weight is about 70kg and hight is 159cm. I need loss weight about 40kg and grow taller about 6feet within a month. So that I need help with guidance. Thank you!

The height of a person is determined by his or her genetics, and it is believed that a person stops growing after reaching the age of 18-21 years of age. But there are various other factors that influence growth and a person can still grow a few inches taller even after puberty by following a healthy lifestyle and incorporating healthy foods and stretching exercises in their daily routine - Food such as dairy products, eggs, chicken, soy bean, banana, oatmeal, nuts, seeds, green leafy vegetables, fish and Indian ginseng 2tsp in milk has shown to be effective in increase of height. - Exercises such as swimming, jumping exercises and hanging exercises - Stretches such as standing & seated toe touch, cobra stretch, cat & cow stretch, pelvic shift, table top, triangle pose. The other methods of treatment are to find the underlying cause of short stature and treating it accordingly and hormone therapy
