Hi,
My name is rama , and i have just recently gained a high bp problem during covid times, my problem is
that my bp starts increasing that makes me feel like vomit, major headaches,and even after taking the medicine (telvas 40) my bp doesn't
stop increasing

If your bp is maintained at 140 / 80 mm hg then there is nothing to worry.
Continue telmisartan and maintain a ecord of your bp.
