Enace D- Enalapril (5 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) Asomex - D Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) + S-Amlodipine (5 mg) Are these your medication doses?? If yes, then you are on three BP meds: Enalapril 5, Amlodipine 5, and Hydrochlorothiazide 25 (12.5+12.5) You still have much room on increasing the dose of medication. I would recommend increasing the dose of Enalapril to 20 mg daily and continuing Amlodipine 5 mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg daily. Please avoid combination medication until you can establish a good BP medication regimen.
