Flu

From last few days.. I am feeling dizziness and a feeling of imbalance. Sometimes, I also feel compression in chest. Did ecg, echo and abpm in September...all were normal...same happened in July...that time consulted neurologist and cardiologist...did mri brain and cervical, ecg which was also normal...however, doctor provided inderal la 20 mg...bcoz bp was getting 140/90 that time....during that time everything became normal but now the symptoms are returning...... I am feeling worried and tensed continuously...bcoz it is hampering my daily life... Pls suggest...

I got infected with dengue on 17 sept 2021 and I  started recovering from it on 26 sept 2021.So I want to know that can I take the second dose of covid vaccine or should I wait for more time(if yes then how many days should I wait).At present,I am fine and recovered from dengue.

It's gonna be 6 months I tested positive for covid. I still get chest pain now and then! Is this normal and feeling weakness also. Can't control hunger. Feel shivering when hungry hits.

His exams are approaching very shortly, due to that he spends around 12+ hours studying for the past 2 days.. But recently he is feeling really tired and sleepy, he tried sleeping for 10 to 11 hrs but after waking up still he's feeling tired.. i tried to give him some lime juice but it didn't help him much.. due to all of this he can't concentrate anymore.. please need urgent help..

Hello Doctor I had dengue, however, now it's been more than two weeks that I am fully recovered. Also, Yesterday I got my second dose of covishield vaccine. After few hours of vaccine and up until now, I have eyes pain (majorly back of the eyes), muscle soreness and left arm pain where I got injected. My question is it normal to have eyes pain and muscle pain? My only concern is I feel tired and have eyes pain. Is it because of the injection or it could be dengue? I told the nurse about my dengue diagnosis. Was it okay to get injected after dengue.
