Bleeding in bowel movement
I am 24 yrs of age. I sometimes see blood streaks in stool also with some drops at the end. There is generally no pain. I have this strange sensation as if wind is trapped near anus or I want to open my bowel. There is no swelling on the outside. Pls suggest
