Whats dose gap duration between 2 doses of meftal forte syrup . I am asking for my. 4 year old son.

From past 4days I have numbness type feeling in leg muscle but I can touch and feel those area is it really numbness or cramps because if I pinch those areas I can feel that pain in that area

Hello doctor I am previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal Day 0 3 7 28 Rabies vaccination 2 Months 7 days Ago and i took 2 intradermal rabies booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 Last 2nd booster was taken on 3rd April 2022 from government hospital and today stray Cat nail scratch me no wound but skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should again booster dose required ?
