Hi Doctors
I'm experiencing a pin and needle pain in chest (left). Along with frequent burping and gas release, muscle twitching on hands, dizziness for more than 4 days. I also have anxiety disorder.
Please advice the cause of pain and remedies. Also confirm if it heart related one?? Last Echo taken during December and ECG during Feb. Everything normal

On the basis of your symptom it is indicate that these are symptom of gastro intestinal tract inflammation from stomach to intestine and it can be due to many factors like bad lifestyle, not drinking enough water and some constipation.
