The patient has been having frequent nose bleeds,fever and blood comes out from the mouth while spitting. There is also body pain and also suffers from anxiety and stress. What should we do in this case?

So 40 days back i had completed second round of antibiotics for h pylori. Just after that i went to dubai, i had to walk a lot there. After i came back post 4-5 days of travel it felt like i have some fatigue, i gave it a week but it didn't go away. Also during treatment i had burning in my foot, which eventually went away. But now only problem i have is when i walk it hurts in my food bone, not sore or anything it hurts like as if there's strain happened few days back and its healing, that type of pain. I also had thigh fatigue but it went away 1 week back but this foot pain isn't going, is it because the antibiotics caused any deficiency? I have been avoiding dairy since 2-3 months as per my gastro doctor, I am taking vit d medicine weekly. Also sugar, cbc and lft, thyroid, they're all normal.. Please guide me what to do. How to get rid of it! M I lacking calcium or something? Or is it something else..

I can't urinate.to my bladder. Have to beat hard. After that I go to the urin. . So this is wrong. this is right. And what could be the problem with me?

After my pleural effusion test, in which ADA was 90.. I was diagnosed with Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis. I was admitted in a private hospital and was given a few medicines to take on a regular basis. I was asked to take isoniazid and rifampicin empty stomach and Ethambutol and Pyrzanine after food. My doctor asked me to consult a Pulmonologist as I had fluid in my right lung. When I met the Pulmonologist, he took my weight and based on that put me on the DOTS program. Now I take Akurit4 every morning on an empty stomach . My question here is, was it safe to change my course of medication from private to government medications? Will it be a failed treatment? I am very scared!!! I started with the private hospital medicines on 16th March, whereas my medicines were changed on 6th April. Symptomatically, I usually get a temperature between 99-101.. Also, as I have fluid in my chest, the doctor said it'll take time for the fever to subside.

Yesterday morning when i wake up ..i feel pain when i breath (Right side chest). Even slight deep breath cause pain yesterday. But today i get some relief , now in deep breath i feel slight pain. What would be reason?

I am suffering from left sided hand pain . Pain type-sharp mild diffuse pain back of scapular and hand.and also in left leg. No exertional pain. Recently my exam is going .i am on mental pressure. I have chest pain before 1 yr year this time Ech shows t wave inversion in lead 3 and avf. Ct angio normal(1 yr back) Tmt negative . Echo-grade 1 dd/normal (varies)(recent)(past) Recent same changes on ecg. Should I need ct angio again? Recent ecg uploaded. I have history of mild htn , and dyslipidemia.

I have swelling in one leg. There is no pain sometime loking pitting edema. I done several test. Urine acr-normal, cbc-normal, creatinine -normal, bun-normal, hbsag-neg, hepc-neg, hiv-neg, filaria antybody-neg, lft is eleveted and USG whole abdomen showing fatty liver grade 1. I took diuratic tab for 20 days no improvement. My question is what is the cause for leg swelling in one leg..I am very stressed plz help sir.. I am taking CONCOR 2.5 from 1 year and AZTOR 10 for 3 month. Is this happening for lft elevation? Is it curable?
