Im having abdomen pain n cramps n stomach feels v hard b bloated Back is also hard Please can any one of you suggest good medicine for the hardness n cramps Appreciate your help

Take a glass of cool water.  Go for amorning walk for half hour to one hour. Take another glass of cool water. Take easily digestible breakfast, no Paratha or Bread Pakora or Omlette. Have lots of water in day time. Don't expose yourself to intense heat. Have soft easily digestible food in lunch. Have juicy fruits. Talk to me on Practo if you don't feel better by evening.
